The lunar eclipse of July 5 began at 8:37 AM IST, reached its peak at 9:59 AM IST and ended at 11:22 AM IST. The video of the livestream penumbral lunar eclipse is available on YouTube channels.

It was the third lunar eclipse of 2020. the penumbral lunar eclipse not been visible in India due to phenomenon fallen in day time.

South/West Europe, parts of Africa, parts of North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and Antarctica are those countries who inspected the event.

A penumbral lunar eclipse takes place when the Earth comes between the Moon and Sun and the Moon moves through the faint, outer part of Earth’s shadow.
